The room booking screen features a 10 inch, 10-point touch screen display, so users can interact with the screen and select calendars / view further information on the screen.
This professional screen has LED indicator lights on the left and right of the display which glow green when the room is available for us, and automatically turn to red when a meeting starts.
If a meeting room is free, you can simply click on the screen and select "Use this room" which will immediately book an ad-hoc meeting and update the microsoft calendar.
