Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, we deliver anywhere in the world as long as there’s a carrier service for your location. You will need to get in touch with the team so we can provide a quote for your exact location.
What’s your delivery lead time?
Orders are typically despatched within 48 hours. Depending on the screen and stock levels, most items will be delivered within 3-5 working days. If you need the item by a specific date please get in touch to ensure stock.
How do I track my order?

Can I collect my order?
All screens are despatched from our central warehouse and collection is not possible from this address.
Do you supply technical data sheets?
Yes – you’ll find downloadable PDFs on some of our product pages.
Our company has an account with Signbox – can we order from the eshop and advise a PO?
Yes, please email your requirements to email@example.com and one of our team will help you with this.
Can we supply our own artwork and, if so, what format do you need it?
Yes! You can have your logo printed on several of our screens. Send your vector file or high-resolution image to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number. For artwork files larger than 20mb please use a file transfer protocol such as www.wetransfer.com or by post in any of these formats:
.pdf (press quality) or Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/CorelDraw .ai .eps .cdr .psd and .indd (making sure any text is outlined). Please avoid creating artwork in Word, PowerPoint or similar presentation programs.
If you can’t supply your artwork in any of these formats or are unsure of the usability of the format you have, please contact the Signbox studio to talk about what you need.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes we do. If you have a large volume order please get in touch and we can supply a personalised quote.
How do I return an item?
You can cancel the Contract and receive a refund as long as you notify us as we’ve set out in clause 5.3 of our T&C's within 48 hours of placing your order or within seven days of receiving your order.
If goods have been delivered to you before you decide to cancel the Contract then you must return them to us without undue delay – certainly no later than 14 days after the day you tell us you want to cancel the Contract. You can either send them back or hand them to our authorised carrier. Please use the pre-printed returns labels supplied on your delivery note and contact us (see clause 5.3) to arrange collection.
Please note: All digital screen products and accessories (stands and mounts) are subject to a 25% restocking fee
